Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com and we will be glad to help you with a return or exchange.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days and we’ll exchange or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping and processing fees).
Once an item is received in our warehouse, a refund or exchange is processed immediately.
How do I return or exchange an item?
An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Simply include the packing slip clearly marked with the item you are returning within 30 days and we will exchange or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping and processing fees). Please make sure that all original packaging is used for your return so that items are not damaged.
Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
We cannot accept returns of special-order items or products that have been shipped directly from the manufacturer except when due to defect.
We cannot accept returns of final-sale items noted as final sale on the item’s product page.
Note about miniatures: NOT A TOY, Miniatures are small items that pose potential choking hazards to small children.
